CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)

Jonas community fundraising

Each year the Jonas Software group supports a chosen charity and all the companies in the group get organising, having fun and doing fantastic things to raise money.

Last year, the group raised over £25k for The Pituitary Foundation.

The 2020 Jonas Charity of the Year

This year the charity is CALM, the Campaign Against Living Miserably, leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK and the cause of 18 deaths every day. Their goal is a life less miserable for individuals, their friends, their family and for all men.

During this difficult time, when many are isolated more than ever before, anxious and fearful, everyone has a part to play.

Thank you for joining us in supporting this amazing charity. The money raised will help save lives.

Can you guess how many sweets are in the jar?

Donate a few pennies and take a guess to be in with a chance of winning this sweet treat. The closest guess will receive the jar of goodies straight to their door.  Enter your guess here. Good luck and we’ll be in touch if you are the lucky winner!

The 6,570km challenge

Sadly, every year, 6,570 lives will be lost to suicide.  From 18 May to the end of September, our team are going to be jogging, cycling and walking one km for every life.

Thank you for helping us support CALM
