A dedicated implementation engineer gets things started and manages the whole process up to go live. We start by reviewing all your payment details and procedures, as well as tracking your sample files through paygate’s mapping function to doublecheck that precise submission-ready files are created. Once your SUNs are linked to the our paygate solution (and, if appropriate to our Bureau), we can confirm that we can help with contingency support in the event of an emergency.

Agree Go Live date

We agree a go-live date with you at the start to help you plan. For total peace of mind, you can have paygate run alongside your existing solution until you’re absolutely confident about switching over.


We review your preferred signing method as well as the set-up of SMS messaging and tokens (if these are part of your process), so that we can successfully configure your system.

Installation, test and train

For paygate cloud, you’ll have access as soon as you’ve received your logins. If you’ve chosen to host your own paygate solution, we’ll agree a date for completing the installation remotely, and if necessary arrange a site visit.
